Request for Proposal: Non-Emergency Transportation Services

CCP has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) Services for its enrollees in the MMA/SMI Program and the Florida Healthy Kids (FHK) Program.

CCP is seeking to contract with a qualified NET Services provider that has the experience and capability to deliver safe, timely, and high-quality transportation services. All services must be provided in compliance with CCP’s contractual requirements with AHCA and Florida Healthy Kids.

Through this RFP, CCP’s goal is to identify competitive respondents who can deliver efficient, transparent, and collaborative NET Services. This includes not only transportation, but also related administrative services that support a positive and reliable enrollee experience.
