Good news!
As of January 1, 2020, Community Care Plan provides subsidized Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and fully paid health insurance coverage through Florida Healthy Kids, a program serving children from age five through the end of age 18. The two programs are dedicated to providing first-rate care that will benefit families throughout South Florida.
CCP is based in Sunrise, Florida, and owned by Broward Health and Memorial Healthcare System. We’re local and committed to the community – not to shareholders. Nearly 100,000 people in South Florida count on us for their healthcare.

Florida Healthy Kids is a program that makes sure comprehensive, quality healthcare services are available to children ages five through 18. Florida Healthy Kids is one of four Florida KidCare partners and is run by a Board of Directors that includes doctors, a dentist, hospital representatives, advocates, and state agency representatives—people who care about the wellbeing of Florida’s future generations.
